Incredibly charismatic and funny staff who are fast, cheap, and make delicious food. John, one of the owners, cares tremendously about each and every customer. If he sees you waiting for a while he will make sure the cooks are on it AND get the order right. I would highly recommend this deli to anyone in the area. Top Recommendation: philly cheesesteak w/ onions and mayo

The customer service in this store is terrible. I ordered a sandwich on the ritual app and I modified it a bit. I added cheese which was extra and clearly stated in the app, and in the notes, I requested to switch out the bread for a wrap. There was no indication in the app that a wrap would be $1 extra. When i got there to pick up my sandwich they told me it was $1 extra for the wrap. I didn’t have my wallet because I ran out of my office quick and I already paid through the app. I told the manager that all add ons in the app are clearly labeled with the price and that this was not. I also told the manager that it wasn’t an add on, but a substitution. He refused to give me my sandwich so I left. It just costed more money to make that sandwich and throw it out rather than understand that it was THEIR fault that it wasn’t clearly labeled in the app and give it to me. They are very misleading. How does anyone know that they won’t demand extra money any other time you order on the app for any reason? Poor customer service. I will not return

Not that great, but decent for a quick breakfast sandwich on the weekends if the line at Leo's is too long. They almost always mess up something with my order and have charged me for stuff I didn't get before. Cashiers can be pretty rude and crabby too. It's the only bodega in the immediate area I've found open on weekend mornings.
